Property Research / Check coverage first
Start with the counties and fields you actually need.
Combine supported parcel records with market and geographic context. Confirm coverage against a small sample before scoping a larger research job.
For property researchers, investors, and data teams.
What you provide
Target state and counties, sample addresses or parcel IDs, and the fields your team needs.
What you get
- Supported parcel and assessment fields where a county adapter exists
- Market or geographic context from the selected public sources
- A scoped coverage review that separates available fields from missing ones
Check the fit before paying
A useful sample names the county, parcel identifier, available fields, source, and retrieval date. Owner names are included only when the selected source actually provides them.
Parcel coverage is county-specific, not nationwide. The Maryland adapter provides valuation and property characteristics, not owner names. Market statistics are not property-level records. We confirm scope before quoting a custom delivery.
How it is priced
Existing tools use your API allowance. Custom research and additional county work require a separate quote after coverage review.
