LiveDataLink is a hosted data API operated by Blackbox Foundry LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect from users of the LiveDataLink website and API, and how we handle it. Contact: support@livedatalink.ai.

We do not require, and ask you not to submit, sensitive personal information (government IDs, health records, financial account numbers) through support or discovery fields.
Your API queries may contain search terms (for example a company name or address) that you send to look up public and government data. We log the tool name and metadata of each call for billing and reliability; we do not use the substantive content of your queries to build a profile of you or to train models. The discovery tool additionally logs the free-text "missing data" requests you voluntarily submit, so we can prioritize new sources.
To provide, secure, meter, and bill the service; to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse; to send you your key and service-related email; to respond to support; to understand demand and improve the catalog; and to comply with law. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

LiveDataLink returns information about companies, organizations, and entities that is sourced from public records and government datasets. That data is provided for lawful, informational use. You are responsible for using it in compliance with applicable law, including any restrictions on assembling or using information about individuals. See our Terms & Disclaimer.
We keep account data for as long as your key is active and as needed for billing, tax, and legal records. Usage and technical logs are retained for a limited period sufficient for metering, security, and dispute resolution, then aggregated or deleted. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@livedatalink.ai from the address associated with your key. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), scoped API keys, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your API key confidential; you are responsible for activity under your key.
The marketing site uses only what is necessary to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The API itself is authenticated by bearer token and does not rely on cookies.
LiveDataLink is a developer tool not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We operate in the United States and use U.S.-based processors. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you understand your data will be processed in the United States.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
