LiveDataLink is a hosted API that aggregates and serves data from third-party, public, and government sources to software clients and AI agents. By creating an API key, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
All data and outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Data is sourced from third parties and public records and may be incomplete, outdated, delayed, or contain errors. We do not independently verify source data.
Nothing provided by LiveDataLink constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory, or compliance advice. Outputs are not recommendations to take or refrain from any action. You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
Some data domains carry heightened risk. Sanctions, denied-party, and KYC screening results are informational name-matching outputs only; they are not a compliance determination and not a substitute for a qualified sanctions or compliance program, and you remain solely responsible for your legal and regulatory obligations. Cybersecurity, legal, court, and financial data are likewise informational and must be independently verified before any reliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbox Foundry LLC and its owners, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, fines, penalties, or other losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service or the data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to violate the terms of any underlying data source, to attempt to gather or compile personal information in violation of applicable law, or to resell raw bulk data in a manner that competes with the original source providers. You are responsible for your compliance with all laws applicable to your use.
Data originates from sources including U.S. government agencies and other public providers. All trademarks, source names, and datasets belong to their respective owners. Reference to a source does not imply its endorsement of LiveDataLink.
We may modify the service, these Terms, or available data at any time, and may suspend or terminate access at our discretion. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
