The Compliance Pack: vet any company in one workflow
Resale-safe KYB data for AI agents. Resolve an identity, screen it for sanctions, score the risk, and pull a dossier, all from one MCP endpoint and one bearer key, on data your product is allowed to redistribute.
KYB, sanctions screening, and vendor diligence are where AI agents most need trustworthy data, and where most data vendors forbid the one thing you are building: passing the answer through to your users. The Compliance Pack is not a new product or a separate SKU. It is the name for a set of LiveDataLink tools that already ship, packaged as one workflow so an onboarding or monitoring agent can go from a company name to a defensible verdict in a few calls. Because the underlying data is US public-domain government work, openly licensed open data, or uncopyrightable facts, you can cache it, transform it, and resell it inside your own product.
The workflow: identity, screen, score, dossier
Four stages, each a real tool call. Run them in order, or jump straight to a one-call verdict.
- Resolve the identityStart from a name and get a canonical identity plus the IDs that join every other source: SEC CIK and ticker, GLEIF LEI and immediate parent, IRS EIN, USAspending recipient, and EPA facility id.
- Screen for sanctionsScreen the legal name and known aliases against OFAC SDN, EU, UN, and BIS Denied Persons lists, including address and AKA matching, so a shell name or a slight spelling variant does not slip through.
- Score the riskTurn the evidence into a single explainable 0-100 counterparty risk score, or a GO / CAUTION / NO-GO verdict for a motor carrier, weighted across sanctions, filings, litigation, environmental compliance, and federal spending.
- Pull the dossierFor anything that needs a closer look, generate a readable diligence dossier or an ESG or complaint scorecard, so a human reviewer sees the filings, litigation, contracts, recalls, and complaints behind the number.
The identity backbone
Every KYB run starts by agreeing on who you are looking at and whether they are on a list. These two tools carry the rest of the pack.
Canonical cross-source entity resolution: given a company name, returns the best-matched identity plus the IDs that join the other sources (SEC CIK/ticker, GLEIF LEI and parent LEI, IRS EIN, USAspending recipient, EPA facility id) with per-source confidence. Run this first so the rest of the pack agrees on who you are looking at.
Screen one name against OFAC SDN, EU, UN, and BIS Denied Persons lists and get a match / no-match with the aliases that matched. Screen up to 50 names at once with sanctions_screen_batch, catch AKAs and shell addresses with sanctions_search_alias and sanctions_screen_address, and re-screen only what moved with sanctions_get_changes.
One-call verdicts
Each of these joins several of our 59 US public-data domains and returns a scored verdict with the evidence behind it, so your agent gets an answer, not a pile of raw records.
One-call KYB verdict for 'can I trust this company?'. Rolls a sanctions screen, SEC EDGAR registration, USAspending federal awards, and EPA compliance flags into a single verdict band. A fast signal read, not a background check.
One explainable 0-100 counterparty risk score, weighted from sanctions, SEC EDGAR, federal courts, EPA enforcement, and federal spending, with the full evidence chain so a human can defend the onboarding decision.
Public-company narrative dossier in four readable sections: SEC EDGAR identity and recent filings, federal-court litigation, USAspending contracts, and CPSC recalls. For when a public issuer needs a closer look than a verdict band.
Resale-safe supplier ESG read with no rating license needed: EPA environmental compliance, product recalls, and federal litigation into an Environmental / Product-safety / Litigation scorecard.
Motor-carrier GO / CAUTION / NO-GO for a broker's 'is this safe to tender a load to?' decision. Joins FMCSA authority, insurance, BASIC safety scores, and crash history with sanctions screening and federal litigation, and tells you why.
Consumer-complaint and litigation risk read: CFPB complaint volume with top products and issues, joined with recalls and federal litigation, into a LOW / MODERATE / ELEVATED band.
Why resale-safe matters here
If you build an onboarding or monitoring agent, you are redistributing this data to your users. Most compliance data feeds forbid exactly that. LiveDataLink is built the opposite way: nearly every domain in the pack traces to a US government work, an openly licensed dataset, or plain factual data that no one can copyright, and every API response carries a Source: citation line so any value traces back to its origin. See the resale-safety trust center for the full provenance matrix.
